Dana Hanson is a Certified Facilitator, Trainer and Consultant. She is an experienced speaker, trainer, and certified facilitator who has led large transformational initiatives. Her work brings organizations to new levels of productivity, inspiration and engagement.
With a Master's degree in Public Administration, she is a certified and highly experienced Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitator. Dana has over 12 years of experience in County Government in the areas of child support, human services, project management, culture change, unions, and data compliance.
As co-founder of the Hennepin County Toastmasters Club, Dana is attaining her Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Award. She is also co-founder and former Director of the Hennepin5k.
Dana is an endurance athlete and enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
