This 2 day certification program provides participants a specialized Organizational Change Leadership training that introduces tools and techniques to help participants learn to facilitate change successfully through projects, organizational realignment, business changes, team changes, and other initiatives that impact employees.

Participants will learn:

  • Who needs to change?  How to identify and manage leaders, employees, customers, and business partners who will need to support, promote, and adopt the change.  This includes an assessment of needs and action plan to address the individual and leadership needs.
  • How do we get them involved?  How to establish meaningful, targeted messaging plans through the T.E.A.C.H. Model that engage employees, customers, and leaders in the change throughout the entire change process.
  • What is changing?  How to track and present current, transition, and future state to aid in preparation for the change.
  • What else is changing? How to identify and mitigate problems associated with other project dependencies, cultural impact, and other initiatives that vie for the time and energy of the employees who need to change.
  • How do we help them learn?  How to use the 3 C's of Motivation to guide employees through their own individual change and learning process.
  • What does success look like?  How to define and recognize success and how to achieve a successful, long-term change for all employees.

Participants will also learn the significance of the "B.E." in change initiatives.

During this certification program, Carolyn Vreeman uses experiences from her 20 year career guiding others through change and introduces tools and techniques that have helped employees successfully implement changes including Culture Transformation programs, Focus on Results Programs, Space Remodel Projects, IT systems changes, Organizational and team realignment, Business Alignment changes, etc.
