Kjerstin Andreasen helps leaders find and tell their stories.
A strategic communications leader and accomplished storyteller, Kjerstin has extensive experience working with executives and senior officials across the technology, energy, international development, public health, and government sectors. She excels at distilling complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Having lived in Canada, France, Norway, and the United States, Kjerstin has a multicultural depth of knowledge and brings a global perspective to her work. She is fluent in English, French, and Norwegian, and deeply understands the power of bridging language and cultural gaps to build trust, connection, and shared understanding.
Throughout her career, Kjerstin has led communications initiatives at the World Bank Group, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the U.S. Senate, academic institutions, and private sector firms. Her work spans executive storytelling, change communication, stakeholder engagement, and editorial leadership.
Kjerstin holds a Master of Arts in French from Middlebury College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and French from Luther College. Passionate about travel and the cuisines of different cultures, she collects stories, insights, and moments of human connection wherever she goes.
