Meet Carolyn

Carolyn Vreeman

President, Vreeman Consulting, LLC

Since 2015, Carolyn has trained and coached thousands of leaders worldwide, focusing on practical solutions grounded in
Psychology, Neuroscience, and Adaptive Leadership. As the founder of the Be the Change Leader Certification
Program, her team has equipped leaders across industries and created tools to support long-term success.

Teaching & Leadership Development
At Vreeman Consulting, Carolyn leads a team that teaches, speaks, coaches, and consults on more than 150 leadership
topics. Since 2015, she has partnered with Century College to deliver leadership courses in the Leadership and Business
Development Program. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the University of St. Thomas MBA Program, teaching
Healthcare Change Leadership & Storytelling. Her goal is simple: to build capability in others.

Organizational Change Leader
Carolyn has coached leaders in large healthcare and government organizations, helping them transform operations and
improve experiences while keeping solutions simple and practical. She has extensive expertise in developing
Organization Design and Development Programs for some of the largest global healthcare systems.

Executive Coaching
For nearly 20 years, Carolyn has coached executives and senior leaders. She is a member of the John Maxwell Team
and serves as an Executive Coach with On Point Next Level Leadership. She is certified in multiple personality
assessments and uses these tools to accelerate growth and insight.

Core & Community
Carolyn holds a BA in Psychology and Communications and a Master of Science in Community Counseling. She lives in
Maple Grove, MN, with her husband, Brandon, and their daughters, Emelia and Maren. Together, they stay active in
volleyball, basketball, pickleball, dance, and volunteering in our community.
